She received both her undergraduate degree in accounting (B.S. with Distinction) and her law degree (JD - Cum Laude) from the University of Minnesota. She has been practicing for over 30 years in Colorado, with more than 27 of those years in the Vail, Colorado area. Diane is a member of the Colorado Bar Association (Member, Real Estate Law, Tax law and Trust & Estate Law Sections) and the Continental Divide Bar Association.

Steven May is of counsel to the firm. Steven's practice is devoted to Real Estate Transactions. Home Owner Association representation, Construction Law, Civil Litigation including Real Estate litigation, Construction Litigation, Landlord Tenant disputes, Insurance policy coverage matters and injury cases. Steven graduated from St. Louis University Law School and is a member of the Missouri and Colorado Bar Associations. Steven has practiced law for over 30 years in Missouri and Colorado.

Blake Lynch is "of counsel" to the firm and practices part-time. His practice focuses on civil litigation. He received a B.A. from Rutgers University and a Master's Degree in Governmental Administration from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He received his J.D. Degree from the University of Denver. He has practiced law for more than thirty years in Colorado.
